Need to find cheap DJ equipment? If your budget is tight, then this is maybe the only way to go for you.

If you’re an aspiring digital DJ looking for a decent digital DJ equipmentat a great price, then I have some recommendations for you.

I only recommend what I consider to be reliable equipment.

I won’t promote any half baked digital cheap DJ equipment here. I don’t want you telling me you bought some gear that I recommended only for it to break half way through your dream set.

I also only suggest you take controllers with real jog wheels. This will mean you’ll learn the basics of mixing.

Hercules DJ Console RMX

Have a look for yourself at the Hercules DJ Console RMX.

As well as a microphone input, it’s even got metal casing.

I’m amazed at how they get the price so low whilst integrating so many different functions.

Perfect for entry level DJs with a low budget who need quality.

Hercules control steel

The Hercules DJ Control Steel is a snip at less than $200.

How do they manage that?

For me, this represents excellent value for the amateur, beginner or low budget DJ.

After all, it has most of the functions that more pricey controllers have.

See how the Hercules DJ Control Steel rocks the dancefloors

Numark MIXTRACK Pro Controller

Hovering at around $200 is the Numark MIXTRACK PRO.

It looks pretty excellent value for the price and no need for an extra soundcard to use it properly (unlike its predecessor).

The difference is that you can install Traktor or Serato and get to know this software before getting better, more expensive equipment.

You gain some valuable digital time doing this.

Check out the reviews for some more feedback on this machine.

How about you? Have you used any of this gear? Or maybe you have some questions about them? Either way, drop me a comment.

Mixtrack Pro is worth the price. I agree controllers are cheap as ass these days. My DJ partner got a Mixtrack Pro and has even mixed with it in clubs!
